A Roof Tune-Up is a proactive maintenance service designed to extend the lifespan of a roof, prevent costly repairs, anda protect a home from potential damage caused by wear and tear or harsh weather conditions.

Future Roof Replacement Credit: If a full roof replacement is needed for any reason, the cost of this tune up ($750) will be deducted from the final price, provided that the replacement is performed by VMG Roofing Services. All Platinum maintenance plan payments will be deducted from the final full replacement cost if homeowner has been a continuous member with NO lapse in payments.
Competitive Quote Adjustment: If the customer receives a roof replacement quote from another licensed roofing contractor, VMG Roofing will review the scope of work and may match or adjust pricing to provide a competitive offer, applying the tune-up cost as a discount if applicable. A written estimate with a detailed scope of work must be provided for review.
- If the required repairs exceed the services included in the Tune-Up, an additional price will be provided for the extended work.
- We provide a warranty on all serviced areas.
- If the roof needs to be replaced for any reason, the cost of the Tune-Up will be deducted from the total roof replacement price.
- Price Matching Policy: If a competitor offers a legitimate lower price for similar services, we will match it.
- Single-family residential homes with shingle roofs.
- Roofs with a pitch of 9% or less.
- Roofs up to3,500 sq. ft. in size.
Exclusions & Limitations
Service is available only for:
– Single-family residential homes with shingle roofs.
– Roofs with a pitch of 9% or less.
– Roofs up to 2,500 sq. ft. in size.
Multi-unit properties require custom pricing.
This service does NOT include:
– Full roof replacement or major structural repairs.
– Repairs beyond minor resealing, flashing, and shingle reattachment as outlined.
– Hidden damage cannot be detected during the visual inspection.
– Interior leak repairs or damage caused by pre-existing leaks.
– Roofs with slopes greater than 9%.
– Roofs on commercial properties or multi-family units beyond 4 units without a separate agreement.
Emergency tarping services are discounted but not included in standard plans.
Warranty
– This service does not guarantee that the roof will not require further repairs or replacement in the future.
– VMG Roofing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underlying structural issues,or damage resulting from extreme weather events after service completion.
– Any warranty coverage is limited to the specific resealing and minor repair work performed under this service.
