By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Service Scope
The VMG Roofing Maintenance Plan provides routine maintenance services. It does not cover full roof replacements, major structural repairs, storm damage, or acts of nature unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement.
Inspection and Tune-Up Service Requirement
An initial inspection and tune-up service is required prior to activation of the plan. VMG Roofing reserves the right to delay or decline service if the roof is deemed unsafe or in need of immediate replacement.
Monthly Billing & Credit Policy
You agree to automatic monthly billing. All payments made under the maintenance plan will be credited toward a future full roof replacement, as long as you remain a continuous member with no lapses in coverage.
Plan Flexibility
You may upgrade or downgrade your maintenance plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No Insurance or Warranty
This is a maintenance plan — not a warranty or insurance policy. It is intended to extend the life of your current roof through regular service, not to guarantee performance.
Additional Work
